Technical Remarks
Design and tolerances:
- Pipes and fittings are manufactured of material 12.03
and are giving
a standard priming on the inside and the outside in accordance with RAL 7032
or are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with DIN 50976. In addition, we
manufacture pipes and fittings of material 1.4301. All pipes and fittings made
out of material 1.4301 are pickled and passivated! - The diameters 150 and 300 are not like DIN 24151.
- The diameter for flange for clamping ring is he diameter outside plus 12 mm.
- Pipe diameter and roundness like DIN 1626, angle tolerance ± 2°.
- length DIN ISO 2768-1-V
- all tolerances class V (very great)
Special constructions:
- Other materials like stainless steel material 1.4541. material 1.4571 or 1.4841 on request.
- Other RAL Powder coating colours on request.
- Producing of special constructions (cyclones, collectors, filter casings, spouts from spuare to round and more) in normal steel or stainless steel as your wish.
