Design:
Pipes and fittings all sides flanged for clamping ring 6 mm width
Clamping rings with 2 screws and snap closure clamping rings
with 2 screws
Sealing:
Clamping rings with Terostat jointing compound
Clamping ring with ring seals made out of Buna N, silicone, EPDM or Viton (as
used)
Diameters:
DN 80 up to DN 630 (similar DIN 24151)
DN 50 and DN 60 with coupling sleeve on request
Material thickness:
Normal steel - 1 mm up to 3 mm thickness (material DC 01 A)
Stainless steel - 1 mm und 2mm thickness (material X5CrNi18-10)
Surface protection:
Normal steel - powder coated RAL 7032 or galvanized
Stainless steel - pickled and passivated
Pressure stability:
1 mm gauge piping up to DN 300 - surge resistant up to 1 bar
2 mm gauge piping from DN 100 up to 300 - surge resistant
up to 3 bar
