Flanged pipe construction
Advantages:
- High accuracy on all individual parts
- Cheaper as other flanged pipe systems with normal flanges
- Lower weight as pipe systems with normal flanges
- All parts reusable after disassembling
Design:
Pipe system with shaped-on flanges similar DIN 24154 T2
on both sides
Bend and other fittings with shaped-on flange similar DIN
24154 T2,
other side with loose-flange similar DIN 24154 T2
(Flanges DN 1120 and DN 1250 not like DIN 24154 T2)
Description:
The shaped-on flange is a flange that is formed directly,
like a flange for clamping ring,
out of the pipe. The thickness of the flange is the same
as the thickness of the pipe.
There is a stiffening with an angle of 45° at the shaped-on flange.
Sealing:
For assembling of the flanged pipes we offer flange seals
with 3 mm thickness, made out
of Neoprene CR or self-adhesive rolls 12 x 4 (10 meter)
made out of Neoprene CR.
Other materials on request.
Diameters:
DN 200 up to DN 1250 (similar DIN 24151)
DN 80 up to DN 180 with loose- or welded-on flanges on
request.
Material thickness:
