Technical information

Designs and tolerances

  • Pipes and fittings are manufactured from material St 12.03 and are powder-coated inside and out to RAL 7032 or hot-dip galvanized to DIN 50976 as standard. We also manufacture pipes and fittings from material 1.4301. All stainless steel parts are pickled and passivated in a full bath.
  • The nominal sizes Ø 150 and Ø 300 listed are outside DIN 24151.
  • The flange diameter is the outside diameter of the pipe plus 12 mm.
  • Diameter and ovality tolerance according to DIN 1626, angle tolerance ± 2°. Length tolerance according to DIN ISO 2768-1-V.

Special versions:

  • Other materials (e.g. 1.4571 or 1.4841) on request.
  • Other RAL colors or pipe parts without coating on request.
  • We manufacture all types of special parts in mild steel and stainless steel according to your requirements (e.g. cyclones, filter housings, separators, frames, rectangular ducts and fittings, special transition pieces, funnels, etc.)

Terms of delivery and payment

  • The prices in this list are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged separately (applies only to delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany)
  • The term of delivery shall be “ex works, excluding packaging” (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
  • Our general terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply, which we will be happy to send you on request.
  • Minimum quantity surcharge: For orders with a value of less than € 75,– a minimum quantity surcharge of € 25,– will be charged.
